Building in John Newcombe Estates

John Newcombe Estates is a gated New Braunfels neighborhood built around the John Newcombe tennis ranch and country club, and one we’ve built in. Homesites are smaller than in most of the neighborhoods we build in, and homes sit close to the courts, pools and clubhouse.

Smaller lots change the job. Setbacks, the neighborhood’s established look and the HOA’s standards all shape what fits, so the design has to make the most of every foot. Many lots are on city water and NBU sewer, which means no septic design, but the lot’s jurisdiction determines who issues the permits.

If you own a lot in John Newcombe Estates, or you’re choosing between lots, talk to us before you commit. We’ll walk it with you and tell you what it will take to build there.
