Building in Mystic Shores

Mystic Shores is a large custom-home community on the north side of Canyon Lake, close to our Canyon Lake office, and one we’ve built in. Lots run from about one acre to more than four, from level homesites to hilltop lots with lake views. Residents share a lakefront park, pools, courts and a nature preserve along the Guadalupe River.

Mystic Shores was built in sections, and the building rules aren’t the same in every one. Minimum home size, masonry requirements and water service can change from one unit to the next. We check the recorded restrictions for your specific lot before design starts, so the plan fits from day one.

If you own a lot in Mystic Shores, or you’re choosing between lots, talk to us before you commit. We’ll walk it with you and tell you what it will take to build there.

What building in Mystic Shores actually involves

Yes. The architectural control committee reviews plans before construction starts. We prepare the submittal and design to the guidelines, so the review doesn’t hold up your schedule.
