Riverforest Custom Home Builders
Custom homes on wooded acreage in a gated neighborhood with private Guadalupe River access.

Building in Riverforest
Riverforest is a gated New Braunfels neighborhood known for its private access to the Guadalupe River, and one we’ve built in. Homesites are mostly one and a half to two-plus acres, many of them heavily wooded, and some properties sit right on the river.
That setting is the reason people buy here, and it shapes every build. River-side lots need a floodplain check before design, wooded lots need careful clearing and drainage, and septic and water service can differ from lot to lot. We plan for all of it from the first lot walk.
If you own a lot in Riverforest, or you’re choosing between lots, talk to us before you commit. We’ll walk it with you and tell you what it will take to build there.
What building in Riverforest actually involves
Riverforest lots are wooded, close to the river, and governed by a homeowners association. Each of these shapes a build.
Other neighborhoods we build in
Riverforest is one of more than a dozen neighborhoods we’ve built in around New Braunfels and Canyon Lake, including Vintage Oaks, River Chase and Mystic Shores. See all the neighborhoods we build in, or read more about building in New Braunfels.
