Building in Eden Ranch

Eden Ranch is a rural acreage neighborhood in Comal County between Canyon Lake and New Braunfels, and one we’ve built in. Homesites are typically five acres or more, deed restrictions are light, and horses are welcome. It suits buyers who want land, a barn or shop, and some distance from the neighbors.

More land means more to plan for. Every lot needs its own well and septic system, utility runs and driveways are longer, and restrictions differ by section. We work through all of it before the plan is final.

If you own a lot in Eden Ranch, or you’re choosing between lots, talk to us before you commit. We’ll walk it with you and tell you what it will take to build there.

What building in Eden Ranch actually involves

Eden Ranch is real Hill Country acreage with few rules and no city services. Each of these shapes a build.
